It's been a challenging year and our shop has been closed for in-store shopping since November in accordance with local public health guidelines and stay-at-home orders. As the province of Ontario and the City of Toronto begin to slowly reopen the economy, we are adjusting to better serve our customers.
With new variants circulating through our communities and the slow vaccine rollouts, we have decided to err on the side of caution and not fully reopen our shop for in-store shopping for the time being. We encourage our customers to continue shopping online and using our curbside pick-up or shipping services.
We understand that some products require more precise fitting and dedicated guidance from our expert team members, and are pleased to offer private shopping for those specific cases. Our goal is to provide a safe and effective retail experience for our customers and employees. Only customers who pre-book their private shopping experience online will be allowed in the store and we will only allow one customer in store at a time. Absolutely no walk-ins are welcome during this time.
All touch points, fitting rooms, and surfaces will be sanitized in between appointments and all staff and customers will be required to sanitize their hands and wear a mask at all times while in store.
Due to the limited number of appointments we can offer, a non-refundable deposit of $75 plus HST will be required to book an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your purchase on the day of your visit. If we are unable to find you the right size or product during your visit, this deposit will be converted to store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card doesn't expire and can be used for any of our products and services.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
You can cancel your booking online or through our app up to 24 hours before your private appointment. We do not accept email or phone cancellations. If you have not canceled your appointment, you will receive an email the following day to advise you that you have been late canceled. Any late cancellations and no shows will not be eligible for a store credit.
