The Ding All Mini Blobb is a multi-use repair resin in a handy little tube that is perfect for travel or do it yourself repair jobs. The Blobb is a super strong UV stable and flexible resin designed to repair wetsuits, swim fins and most bodyboards. It also works on soft top surfboards, wetsuit gloves, booties, vests, traction pads and many other rubber materials where the repair will be exposed to constant flex. Blobb ding repair dries fast and flexible. Once applied, it creeps into your repair and holds tight. Be patient because after 24-48 hours it dries so clear and flexible you'll hardly know it's there!

What is Solarez Microlite DUAL CURE Epoxy? It is a white putty made of high-strength UV-Cure resin and super lightweight additives that effectively repair ALL TYPES OF SURFBOARD FOAM, including Styrofoam. This putty cures in roughly 3 minutes by exposure to sunlight or artificial UV light. Or, it can be cured by MEKP catalyst (yes, MEKP) for repairing deep cavities, fin plugs or fin box foundations and other internal structural fillings. It sands and fairs very nicely, making it an easy one-step repair for most any ding. UV-CURE (for superficial dings less than 1/4" deep) 1) Apply in the shade. 2) For easier shaping and faster curing, cover the wet resin with a sheet of clear plastic wrap (Mylar is best). You can easily shape the resin to the contour of the board. 3) Expose to sunlight for 3 minutes 4) Peel off plastic wrap and touch-up sand. DUAL-CURE 1) Into a mixing cup, squeeze out enough Microlite to fill the ding cavity and add 2% Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide (MEKP) catalyst. Mix well. 2) If your ding is very deep, apply a thin layer (1/16") of Microlite all over the interior of the ding. Cure it in the sun for a couple of minutes. 3) Pour the mixture into the ding cavity, cover with a clear plastic sheet. 4) Expose to sunlight. The compound will cure throughout in approximately 5 minutes.

Sponge-Rez is a tough, clear, ultra-flexible resin formulated to mend the most common types of catastrophes bodyboards are heir to; worn-out leash anchors, creased bottoms, delaminated decks, hulls or rails, sponge-deck (also known as rash-deck) and semi-fatal gouges. Sponge-Rez works on all types of bodyboard materials including Ethafoam, Surlyn, EVA, Vinyl, and Arcel, however it will melt styrofoam (EPS) cores. Sponge-Rezalso repairs cracked, weathered swim fins. If applied to the fin blades, it increases their stiffness and thrust.

General Directions:

1. Surface should be clean, dry, and free of dirt, and or wax.
2. Use in well ventilated area, preferably outdoors. DO NOT deliberatley inhale vapors – don’t be stupid.
3. Apply liberally on porous surfaces. Use spreader to force Sponge-Rezinto the damged part of the board. Do not apply Sponge-Rez with your fingers.
