Summer is here and we have created a variety of stand-up paddleboarding classes and programs to suit your own individual needs. With plenty of classes to choose from on a weekly basis, you can make the most out of the warmer months. Our instructors are certified by Paddle Canada, the International Surfing Association and Yoga Alliance, and will deliver unique and unforgettable experiences to you and your friends.
Learn how to Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP) in our 75 minute “Intro to SUP” class. This program will introduce you to the basics of the sport, including safety instruction, proper positioning on the board, paddling techniques, while giving you plenty of time to practice your newly learned skills on the water! This class is encouraged for first-timers and beginners who are interested in learning and further developing their paddle boarding skills.
Join us for a 2.5-hour SUP Safari. Hop on this stand-up paddleboard adventure and explore our local wilderness from a different point of view—the water! These tours are designed to teach you the mechanics of stand-up paddle boarding and take you on a journey through the natural hidden gems of our city.
Improve your strength, balance and flexibility on the water, while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the water and surrounding nature during our 2-hour SUP Yoga Class. In this program, we will practice a beautiful hatha-flow style class on paddle boards, ending in a serene mindful meditation and floating savasana.
Wind down your mind during our 2-hour Mindfulness in Motion class, where we will practice mindful movements and techniques on the water. Paddle slowly and in silence while your board glides through the water, feeling the waves beneath you as you paddle.
You CAN teach a dog new tricks! Bring your pup on the paddleboard for our monthly 2-hour Doggy Paddle event this summer. It will be a ton of fun on the water for both you and your dog, while building core strength, balance and getting a great workout!
We are excited to provide private and custom SUP lessons and/or tours to individuals and groups who would like to experience paddleboarding outside of our regularly scheduled classes! This includes Intro to SUP lessons, SUP Yoga classes as well as our SUP Safari tours. All classes can be customized to your individual needs, the size of the group, ages, skill levels and availability.
We have created different corporate programs to get you and your team out for an adventure. Whether the participants have experience standup paddle boarding or not, we will get everyone up and paddling in no time. We are the only tour company in town to offer a holistic approach to standup paddle boarding to include mindfulness meditation, yoga and environmentalism to our programming.
