 This book aims to start important conversations about mental health with children from a young age. It provides support for parents and teachers on how to address mental health in a fun and engaging way.

$5.00 from every book sold goes towards providing surf therapy programs for people experiencing mental health issues, provided by the Waves of wellness Foundation (WOW). WOW is an Australian for-purpose mental health & surf therapy charity, changing lives through innovative mental health & wellness programs.
