Designed and shaped specifically for the Great Lakes by Wax Surf Co.
This is a great small to medium wave board that is at home on open faced waves or point breaks. Speed is generated with the rounded hull and smooth profile. Yet is has a very responsive tail with the pulled in profile and double concave out the back. This is a great retro shape that trims like a dream yet has some performance aspects that allow it to hold up on steeper face as well. Trimming and drawings big clean lines is what this board is made for. You’ll find parts of the wave you have never surfed before. Its foiled out rails make turning easy yet allow the board to hide a lot of volume in all of the right places.

If you have surfed in colder climates you know that it takes a lot more than a pair of boardshorts and a surfboard. When surfing in below freezing temperatures, you definitely need the appropriate gear to mitigate risk and ensure you have a positive and safe experience. When the temperature drops below freezing, the game changes and you need to be proactive and strategic about planning your surf sessions.
Wetsuits are just magical pieces of rubber that allow us to do what we love, even in the dead of winter! You can find sizing charts online for pretty much any brand and they are a great starting point when trying to figure out your sizing. When you look at the chart, the height dimension tends to be more accurate than the weight, so make sure you fall within the range they offer there.
