About Brainfreeze
Brainfreeze began in 2018 as an initiative between Jack.org and Surf The Greats to raise urgently-needed funds for youth mental health. It started with 50 Polar Bears on a beach in Toronto and the Brainfreeze community has snowballed since then. Last year, five amazing Canadian cities and hundreds of people took the plunge in support of Jack.org. Since its inception, Brainfreeze has raised over $450,000.
Brainfreeze has become an iconic tradition for mental health advocates and brave souls alike in support of a better future for youth mental health. This year, the community is growing, and are excited to have Othership host the event as an exciting Pool Party on Lake Ontario.
Register for free and join us for a morning of movement, breathwork, cold dip, and community. If you're looking to make a splash in the youth mental health space, this is an energizing way to do it. 100% of funds raised support Jack.org's youth mental health programs.
