There is definitely something in the air – and in the water! The past few weeks have seen the Great Lakes thaw out and come alive from Kingston to Thunder Bay. The spring runoff has the rivers of Quebec and Alberta flowing at full force. Conditions at Martinique and across Atlantic Canada in March were epic and Vancouver Island is gearing up to host the Canadian Surf Championships in May. It’s clearly a good time to be a surfer in Canada — and it just got better!

International Shipping

We currently ship to the USA, Mexico, Barbados, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Europe, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.

Shipping rates vary for International Orders.

Order Processing

Every order is processed within 3 business day. If the item you ordered is available in stock, we will ship it to you right away. In case we don't have the item you ordered, we will contact you with options for fulfilment. 

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift certificate. We do not process any cash, credit, or debit refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are valid within 1 week (7 days) from purchase date.

Once a product has been in the water — it is ineligible for return.

Surfboards and SUPs have a 3-day return window and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift certificate.

Sale items

All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Surfers Market

All items sold at Surfers Market events are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size — so long as we have the inventory we can simply exchange the item for you.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
